The Department of International Studies has a director, an international affairs counselor, a teaching affairs counselor, and a life, study, and employment counselor to coordinate students’ international affairs, life, study, and employment counseling.
The main responsibilities of each group are as follows:

Director of International Studies Department:

1. Comprehensive management of various affairs related to students of the International Specialized Education Department.
2. Cooperate with the Ministry of Education and school policies to plan the development vision and plans of the department.
3. Coordinate, communicate, plan and promote various overseas students-related affairs between the department and relevant offices and cross-departments.

(1) International Cooperation Group:

1. Handle enrollment matters.
2. Fill in the relevant reporting system.
3. Handle student applications for scholarships and bursaries.
4. Manage the website of the Department of International Studies.
5. Application for various classes and other related tasks.
6. Assist in arranging international exchange activities.

(2) Teaching Affairs Group:

1. Arrange Chinese courses and track students’ Chinese proficiency.
2. Manage students’ absenteeism and absenteeism and provide study guidance.
3. Student status management and maintenance.
4. Responsible for student performance management.
5. Handle student leave and withdrawal business.
6. Cooperate with relevant units within the school to assist in course learning and activities.

(3) Student Affairs Group:

1. Handle student accommodation and life guidance.
2. Handle student club activities.
3. Assist in applying for visa and residence permit to Taiwan.
4. Assist in applying for medical insurance, work permit and opening bank account.
5. Media work-study and internship opportunities.
6. Employment opportunities for media and counseling graduates staying in Taiwan.
