Ⅰ.Doctoral and Master’s Programs

1. Eligibility for Doctoral Program Admission:

Graduates whose household registration is from mainland China, specifically from Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong, Hubei, and Liaoning (8 provinces and cities), and who hold a master’s degree from a public university in Taiwan or a privately established university that is officially registered, or those who possess qualifications equivalent to those required for admission to a doctoral program.

2.Eligibility for Master’s Program Admission:

Graduates whose household registration is from mainland China, specifically from Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong, Hubei, and Liaoning (8 provinces and cities), and who hold a bachelor’s degree from a public university in Taiwan, or those who possess qualifications equivalent to those required for admission to a master’s program.

Ⅱ.Bachelor’s Program (Undergraduate)

1.Eligibility for Admission:

Individuals whose household registration is from mainland China, specifically from Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong, Hubei, and Liaoning (8 provinces and cities), who participate in the unified entrance examination for higher education (commonly referred to as the National College Entrance Examination) in the respective province/city in the same year, and who meet one of the following conditions are eligible to apply for the bachelor’s program (excluding the two-year bachelor’s program):

(1)Hold a graduation certificate from a senior secondary school in mainland China.

(2)Hold a graduation certificate from a senior secondary school in Hong Kong or Macau, or possess qualifications equivalent to those required for applying to a bachelor’s program.

(3)Hold a graduation certificate from a public or registered private high school in Taiwan, or possess qualifications equivalent to those required for applying to a bachelor’s program.

(4)Hold a graduation certificate from a foreign secondary school or possess qualifications equivalent to those required for applying to a bachelor’s program.

Special Note: Applicants whose National College Entrance Examination total score does not meet the provincial/city’s “Second-Batch” admission score line (commonly referred to as “Second-Batch score line”) will not be distributed for admission.

III. Two-Year Bachelor’s Program (Specialized Undergraduate Program)

Applicants who are graduating this year from a specialized college or university in mainland China (from one of the 78 specified schools) and meet the requirements set by the respective province or city are eligible to apply for the two-year bachelor’s program.
